I truly wish I had come across such a scaffolded way of exploring my awareness, and my meditation, 25 years ago. I didn’t, maybe, because it was my calling to create this step-by-step guide / journey to allow evidence-seeking mind to confirm the truth and trust the discoveries.

Most people on Insight Timer have a level of awakening and are curious to explore more until there is nothing else to seek. They are on A path. This course intends to light up the subtle realm of reality / truth to you, such that most gaps in your current understanding of the reality / truth will be bridged, but most importantly I intend to give you a way to live the truth, not only know the truth.

The joy and fulfilment are in Living the truth, but unless you Know it completely, your mind will not allow you to settle in your Awakening. This course addresses this very challenge that all of us seekers face.

Please accept my invitation to experiment on your awareness and prove to yourself the truth that will set you free to live and die, like a truly limitless and inherently joyful being that you already ARE. YOU - the Miracle has already happened, you just haven’t recognised it, fully.
